I like this little top hat. However, when I first washed it before putting it on my baby's head ball fell off. To avoid it, I washed it with a mesh bag, but it still came off.

There are better options, and these little peas are below average.

I ordered a cream hat. It's a good size, but it's a little long. And it's not cream, it has a weird orange-pink tone.

The quality of these hats is really good, love the pattern and pompoms on top. I bought these as a Christmas present for my nieces. Two of them are a year and a half old and one is three. I bought 0-3 year old hats for two kids and 3-8 year old hats for 3 year old. All the hats are too small. What a disappointment! I went back to check if it was 0 to 3 months or 3 to 8 months, but the description and title clearly stated the year. I put so much effort into personalizing them and giving them to people as gifts, but it didn't fit.

It was cute, but the fluffy ball fell right off. Also, it's not very elastic. I have a 12 month old and her head is the average size and it is difficult to pull it down over her head.
